Connected Creativity for Teachers

Diversity Day – ICB Den Haag | 25 September 2025

On 25 September 2025, during Diversity Day at ICB Den Haag, the Connected Creativity project hosted a hands-on workshop for lecturers of Creative Business.

Rather than presenting theory, the session invited teachers to experience the methods themselves.

The workshop focused on two themes:

• Curiosity – explored through an unmasking exercise that encouraged openness, perspective-shifting, and authentic dialogue.
• Systemic awareness – explored through a guided re-enactment exercise that helped participants recognize and embody emotional dynamics within group settings.

The atmosphere was open, engaged, and reflective. Many lecturers responded with curiosity and enthusiasm, and several expressed interest in applying these techniques within their own classrooms.

Diversity Day became not only a moment of reflection, but a shared creative experience — demonstrating how Connected Creativity can support inclusive, experiential learning in higher education.
