A Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) initiative between Inholland University of Applied Sciences, Amsterdam, and the Latvian Academy of Culture, Riga. This innovative project is hosted at the Urban Leisure & Tourism Lab Amsterdam and supported by VIS grant [link to VIS grants].

Project Description
This international collaboration explores creative practices and cultural understanding through virtual reality environments. The project integrates innovative technology with cross-cultural creative exploration, focusing on developing empathetic design approaches in digital spaces.

Technical Innovation
The project utilises VRChat and MeetinVR as its primary virtual environment, complemented by digital collaboration tools such as miro. The VR component allows for embedded interaction and movement while also stimulating imagination and technological literacy of the students.
